We are now offering boarding services at our property

Tracy's Pet Palace is a Luxury 24-hour pet care facility. Private-cage free setting, perfect for pets who do not thrive in traditional kennels. Your pet will enjoy exclusive one-on-one care in our palace located on our property where we always remain with your pet during the day and overnight. Overnight pet-sitting is more than just being there, it’s about keeping your pet comfortable and cared for in a safe environment, with a trusted pet sitter.

Pets welcomed in the palace include below only:

- Dogs (50lbs or less) If your dog has bad separation anxiety and is known to bark and

cry (especially at night) we cannot watch them at our place.

- If you crate your dog at night you may need to provide the crate. If your dog cries

at night while being crated we cannot watch them at our place.

- Well-groomed, clean and used to being handled: Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters, Guinea

Pigs, Sugar Gliders and Reptiles

Inclusions:

· Fully enclosed space for your pet to have supervised play time outdoors.

· Temperature-controlled and air-filtrated pet safe facility.

· Playroom where they get to hang out with us during day and overnight they can

retire to their room or sleep with us.

· Flexible drop-off and pick-up to fit your schedule (in advance).

· Customized daily care including feeding, exercise, affection and medications

if required.

· 24/7 security monitoring throughout the property.

PERSONIZED ONE ON ONE LUXURY PRICING:

· Starting at $125 for one dog per 24 hrs of care Monday – Sunday

· $45 per day of care for second dog from same family.

HOLIDAY PRICING WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE

New clients of dog owners must have a meet and greet at our pet palace. If you're going away for more than two 24-hr period, an overnight trial is required before you book a stay with us.

RESERVATION POLICY

The palace is designed to accommodate one family pet(s) per day/night, so availability is on a first come first served basis.

If you request a specific date and it is available, it cannot be held until a 50% deposit is made, at which time you will be confirmed.

A one night nonrefundable deposit is required when you book a stay that is for 3 days or more for summer and holidays.

BOARDING TIMES: Check in and out times are flexible BUT are determined at the time reservations are made:

Additional Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures and only if there isn't another guest scheduled. Please make arrangements during reservation if extra time is required.

Pet Requirements for 24-hr Care:

· Up to date on shots & Fixed: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. Proof of vaccines are required. Also, monthly flea, tick heartworm prevention to help keep all pets comfortable and healthy.

· Fully house-trained: While we understand that occasional accidents can happen, we are unable to care for dogs/cats that are not fully house-trained or that are known to mark indoors.

· One year or older: For the comfort of everyone involved, we care for dogs/cats aged one year and up who have outgrown most puppy/kitty behaviors, such as chewing, high energy levels, or lack of reliable potty/litter training.

· Any pet other than dog or cat must come with a cage or enclosed playpen.

· Enjoy people. We’re happiest caring for pets who are comfortable around people and have no history of being aggressive, nipping or biting.

· Friendly with other dogs. Although your dog will be the only one in the pet palace, we prefer to host social dogs who are comfortable interacting with dogs if we take them for walks or they see another dog on adjacent properties. For everyone’s safety, we’re unable to accommodate dogs with known aggression or ongoing challenges with other dogs.

· Comfortable and used to being in a home setting: Since dogs will be staying on our property, we’re best suited for dogs/pets who are respectful of household items and do not have destructive chewing habits, etc.

· Considerate with noise: To keep a calm environment for everyone, including our neighbors, we care for dogs who are generally quiet and do not frequently bark or howl for extended periods.

· Identification for safety: All pets must wear a collar with up-to-date ID tags during their stay.

· Flea-free stays. We’re unable to accept pets who currently have fleas or who have had fleas within the month prior to their visit.
